The instructions are for a lovely dropped waist evening gown. Experience in sewing vintage styles of the era is helpful but the instructions are simple enough for someone with basic sewing skills to create the pattern, cut and make the dress. There are also many resources online which offer definitions and explanations of vintage techniques.

This dress is meant to be worn over a simple straight line slip. The instructions for the slip are not included in this download but it can also be made without a pattern or you can use a store bought full slip.

This is a digital copy of an original work. It will be sent via email in .pdf format and can be read, downloaded and printed with Adobe Reader. These do not interfere with the ability of the text and illustrations to be read.
